Ingemar Händestam
CEO

M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm and MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland. Ingemar has worked with factory automation and sensors both in Sweden and abroad and holds extensive experience in Sales and Service Management. Before joining SenSiC in November 2022, he was CEO of the SICK sales and service operation in Sweden for 13 years and also in Norway for 5 years.

Lars Hammarlund
Field Application Engineer and Customer Support

Lars has a background in sales, marketing and consultancy from IT and Telecom businesses. His previous employments include  Nordic Branch Manager for Laser2000 and Sales Manager for AMS Technologies Sweden.

Mike Andersson
CTO and Vice President R&D

Mike holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics, with a special focus on sensor science and technology, from Linköping University (2007) and has fifteen years of experience from the development of gas sensors for the automotive and heat/ power industries. Previous assignments involve senior research positions at Linköping and Oulu Universities, mainly managing sensor development projects in collaboration with industry, and position as test engineer in industry Applied Sensor.

Jonas Wallberg
Chairman

Business angel, board member and advisor to several companies. Previously, Jonas was a director at Teknikföretagen, chief strategist at Vinnova and responsible for initiatives in the ICT area.

Bo Hammarlund
Board Member

M.Sc. Applied Physics, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm. Bo has experiences from international start up, e.g. spin out from Bell Labs, Multiplex Inc, (Bell Labs where he was part of the technical staff in the mid ‘80s), Epitaxx Inc, Princeton, WaveSplitter Technologies Inc , Fremont US. For a couple of years Bo was head of S&M at Lucent Microelectronics Group in the Nordics.  2005 Bo co-founded his first startup-TranSiC (developed BJT in Silicon Carbide, SiC), which was sold to Fairchild Semiconductors 2011. Bo has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and has started up several companies within the semiconductor field. Bo is also a co-founder of Ascatron (SiC epi and processing) and Epiluvac (design and manufacturing of CVD reactors for e.g. Silicon Carbide, Gallium Nitride and Graphene).

Claes Wallnér
Board Member

M.Sc. in Electrical engineering, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm and University studies in Economics, Uppsala. Claes is an internationally experienced CIO/Executive with a strong track record in enterprise performance and transformation in the industry sector. Some of the companies that Claes has worked for are Vattenfall, Outokumpu, Avesta Polarit, Avesta Sheffield and ABB. He is at present working as management consultant, board member and angel investor.

Peter Gossas
Board Member

M.Sc. 45 years experience in international companies (Sandvik Materials Technology, Outokumpu, SSAB etc). Detailed knowledge in business development. Detailed process and product know-how including extensive experience of investment projects in process industry.
