M.Sc. Electrical Engineering, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm. Olle has worked with microelectronics for more than 30 years, including Fab Manager for Semiconductor Manufacturing and later R&D Manager for Opto components at Ericsson. Before joining SenSiC in January 2016, he was CEO of Sivers IMA AB for 10 years. With a focused interest in Product Management, Olle has extensive experience in developing product companies.

Lars has a background in sales, marketing and consultancy from IT and Telecom businesses. His previous employments include Nordic Branch Manager for Laser2000 and Sales Manager for AMS Technologies Sweden.
CTO and Vice President R&D
Mike holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics, with a special focus on sensor science and technology, from Linköping University (2007) and has fifteen years of experience from the development of gas sensors for the automotive and heat/ power industries. Previous assignments involve senior research positions at Linköping and Oulu Universities, mainly managing sensor development projects in collaboration with industry, and position as test engineer in industry Applied Sensor.

Jonas is Director for ICT and Digitalization at Teknikföretagen (The Association of Swedish Engineering Industries). He is also an investor, board member and chairman in several companies and associations in Sweden. Jonas holds an Executive MBA from Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden (2001) and a PhD from Linköping University, Sweden (1993).

Bo has experiences from international start up, e.g. spin out from Bell Labs, Multiplex Inc, (Bell Labs where he was part of the technical staff in the mid ‘80s), Epitaxx Inc, Princeton, WaveSplitter Technologies Inc , Fremont US. For a couple of years Bo was head of S&M at Lucent Microelectronics Group in the Nordics. 2005 Bo co-founded his first startup-TranSiC (developed BJT in Silicon Carbide, SiC), which was sold to Fairchild Semiconductors 2011. Bo has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and has started up several companies within the semiconductor field. Bo is also a co-founder of Ascatron (SiC epi and processing) and Epiluvac (design and manufacturing of CVD reactors for e.g. Silicon Carbide, Gallium Nitride and Graphene).
Michael has served as Vice President Compensation & Benefits and Industrial Relations at TeliaSonera, SCA and AstraZeneca (1998-2012). Michael has held several board assignments in Sweden, Norway, Germany and USA and is at present serving as a board member of Bliwa Livförsäkring, Swedish Pension Fund Association (SPFA) and PRI Ideell Förening. Michael, who holds a Master of Laws from Stockholm University, has also been expert in the Governmental Committee on reforming Swedish pension and insurance taxation legislation.

Claes is an internationally experienced CIO/Executive with a strong track record in enterprise performance and transformation in the industry sector. Some of the companies that Claes has worked for are Vattenfall, Outokumpu, Avesta Polarit, Avesta Sheffield and ABB. He is at present working as management consultant, board member and angel investor.
